Cleantek Group

Cleantek Group is a Melbourne-based team providing solar maintenance and repair services. The company serves residential and commercial solar systems across Victoria, with solar panel cleaning available throughout Melbourne's northern, western, eastern and south-eastern suburbs. Cleantek Group has completed over 3,000 solar maintenance projects. Its solar panel cleaning service uses specialist solar-safe cleaning equipment to remove dirt, bird droppings, lichen and grime without damaging panels.

The service can include pre-clean visual panel inspection, dirt, dust and bird dropping removal, lichen and organic buildup treatment, solar-safe soft brush cleaning, purified or deionised water, frame and panel edge cleaning, a visual check for damaged panels, before and after photographs, and a complete report. Optional services include bird proofing, thermal system health inspection, and gutter cleaning. Cleantek Group also cleans large solar systems for commercial sites, farms, schools, and industrial properties, and serves homes, businesses, schools, and commercial sites. Based in Airport West, the company provides a complete report after all solar panel cleaning, system health inspection, and bird proofing services.

Households seeking solar panel cleaning and system checks in the Airport West area describe a service built on punctuality, care and clear communication. Several customers note that quotes are turned around quickly, with work often completed within a day of the request, and that pricing is explained upfront without surprises. The recurring praise centres on the thoroughness of the clean itself, with panels reported to perform like new after moss, lichen and grime are removed, and photographic evidence provided to show the result.

Kyle is named repeatedly for his knowledge and willingness to explain the process, while other team members such as Jacob are recognised for professionalism and patience on difficult roofs. Reviewers frequently mention that crews tidy up afterwards and leave no trace of having been there, and that advice on bird barriers and system condition is offered without pressure.

A theme running through the feedback is how problems are handled, including the removal of paint overspray with specialist chemicals and a return visit once negotiations with another tradesperson concluded. Communication before and after the job, from detailed summaries of equipment condition to friendly follow-up, is described as consistent, and the same team is regularly engaged for repeat cleaning and system checks.
