Great experience dealing with Solstra. Kevin and the crew were very professional and the installation is neat, tidy and working well. Would recommend.

This is the third job Kevin and the team at Solstra have done for me. I called the team on Thursday needing an emergency hot water system installation, and Solstra turned up Monday morning and completed the entire job!! I don't give feedback as a general rule but for Solstra I am impressed with the personable nature and quality of work that I am happy to do so. I have also engaged them a second time for another property, that should say it all really.

Our Solar System needed a service. The business that installed it let me down. So I turned to Solstra. From the booking process (via email with Melanie) to the day of the works (with Zac) I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism.

I contacted Kevin at Solstra to enquire about upgrading my existing system to include battery storage. Kevin took time to review my usage data over a year and then sent me a quote designed to suit my situation. I went ahead with this in February 2026 and the installation of more panels and a battery was done very professionally. The Solstra team who installed the system were terrific, advising me through the process about what was happening and the followup from Solstra has been excellent. I recommend contacting Solstra to see if they have a solution for you.

Solstra provided great advice and price for installing solar panels, battery and hot water system for our home. They turned up when they said they would, delivered and installed the system within 2 days as promised with minimal disruption. I have recommended them to my friends as a good quality installer to get quotations from.
