When confronted with an inoperative solar inverter, I resolved to get it fixed or replaced. A Google search brought up The Solar Repair Man whom I contacted via their website and within 24 hours, their technician Sheldon arrived. A thorough inspection confirmed the diagnosis of a broken inverter whilst also confirming that the actual solder panels were still working. Sheldon was able to replace the inverter with a new Solis unit, install it and assist me to download and setup the SolisCloud app which provides all manner of useful live data and stats. The entire operation took just over an hour. Sheldon was friendly, informative and efficient and the entire process was achieved quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Accordingly, I would unhesitatingly recommend The Solar Repair Man to anyone with solar system issues.
Our system was installed a few years ago and NEVER worked. We tried ourselves to arrange warranty repairs and could never get to the bottom of it, either through the installer, manufacturer and several electricians. Our system sat dormant. We called The Solar Repair Man and Chris first attended and checked and diagnosed the system. He did all the difficult work on the phone to suppliers, and by second visit had replaced our defective inverter and got the whole thing working. Behind the scenes Ashleigh was working on the paperwork side of following up on everything and the whole situation was just like a miracle for us who could not get anywhere before. If you have a problem, call them out. We could not be happier.
Four of our solar panels were damaged and after our original installer said they couldn't find replacement panels, we contacted The Solar Repair Man. They were wonderful! Terrific service. Very quick appointment, friendly staff, turned up on time, communicated well. Thank God for this Solar repair company.
