We had a slightly unusual position where we wanted to place the hot water heat pump. All the people we dealt with were polite and were able to adjust things to met our requirements.

I’ve now used Tim and the team at SolarFlow 4 times across 3 properties. They have always specced a high quality system getting the most out of the space. My first system from 8 years ago is still performing amazingly, and I will be using SolarFlow again to add more battery capacity. Not only do I use SolarFlow personally, but recommend them professionally. They have the experience and solid history that isn’t common in the solar industry these days. I know I can count on the being around in the future for any upgrades or maintenance I might need!

From the moment I first contacted Solar Flow and Alex got back to me with a quote, through to the seamless installation of the panels, inverter, battery, car charger and heat pump, everything went extremely well. We discussed right sizing the panels and battery given I have a north south running roofline so needed panels on the east and west sides. My bills are essentially down to the supply charge having gone through the depths of winter and having swapped out all bar my gas cooktop which will follow soon. Solar Flow's follow up customer service has been first class and I can't recommend them highly enough. Easily 5 stars from me.

Alex made the process of replacing our indoor gas hot water unit with an outdoor heat pump incredibly seamless. He and his team guided us through the government rebates, patiently answered all of my many questions, and were very flexible in working around my availability. The installation itself was smooth and professional, and our new Sanden unit has been running perfectly since. I couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome.
