Ron has incredibly detailed knowledge. He simplified the pros and cons of various products and even evaluated our last few bills to provide a clear ROI, which made our decision so easy. The installation was handled in a highly professional manner. The electricians and the whole team were polite and happy to answer all my questions before they started. Paid a deposit for a new system with promises of an install in 6 weeks. No communication from their end and each time I chased them up they just had some excuse for a delay. Eventually after 4 months they cancelled the contract as they couldn't install before the government battery rebate reduced. Very disappointing all round.
