We had our 7.6kw/12.8kw/h BESS install completed in December & it’s been exactly as we planned it with Anish. Rather than try & upsell us to a bigger package Anish kept within our budget & was honest about the percentage of our power bill the system would cover. Real world has actually been slightly better than the estimate in fact! My only regret is not buying another battery module! Nish is amazing, the installation team were knowledgeable & were able to improvise a solution for an issue that came up during the install & were flexible in timing when one of the panels arrived damaged & we needed a second visit to complete the full array. I’d absolutely use Top Solar again.

Let this be a cautionary tale to anyone considering engaging TVS. I had a system installed in 2022, which has recently broken down due to incorrect installation on their part. In the 3 months since the system has stopped working, TVS’ inaction and complete lack of response (despite my endless efforts to get in contact with them) has been nothing short of disappointing and appalling. I am now left without a functioning solar system, and have accumulated over $1000 in electricity fees. This should never have happened if they actually bothered to do the job correctly, or at the very least rectify their work. It is particularly interesting that TVS finds the time to continually make sales posts on social media, yet will not engage or respond to existing customers. Do better, TVS. This unprofessional conduct is beyond ridiculous.

Great to deal with… Nish gave me a genuine install date of our batteries along with the best price…. We were quoted 7k more for the same product from other installers.

We have found that Nish and Top Value Solar provide top shelf service and supply of their products. The Installation of panels & battery took place with a minimum of fuss. We have had no issues with the system, the App functions well and all of the paperwork was taken care of for us. Very Happy the recommend this firm to others for a good deal.

Definitely Top Value. Nishant Joshi was open and informative and everything went smoothly from initial consultation to arranging the finance and the installation of the solar system. I had a 13.3kw system installed in November 2024 (Aiko panels and Sungro inverter) and all working fantastically, humming sound from inverter equals $$ saved on my power bill. Wish I had installed solar sooner.
