iDeal Solar

iDeal Solar is a family-owned solar panel installation company founded in 2012 by Daniel Petrović, a CEC Designer. The company has completed over 1,200 installs in Brisbane. It is CEC accredited, QBCC licensed, and a member of Master Electricians Australia.

It is a Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer, a Sungrow Premium Partner, and a Fronius Service Partner. Its service area includes Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Moreton Bay, and Toowoomba. It offers a 25-year workmanship warranty. Its main services include solar panel installation, battery storage, and EV chargers.

iDeal Solar earns consistent praise across the accounts for the way solar power systems are supplied, fitted and supported afterwards, with the whole process described as straightforward. Rob, Andrew, Josh and Rachel are each singled out by name, and a recurring observation is that explanations are given patiently, even to households who describe themselves as not technologically minded. Reviewers frequently note that a representative attended the property in person rather than assessing it from a distance, and that quotations, paperwork and usage figures were set out clearly enough to make an informed choice.

Installation teams draw regular credit for turning up when scheduled, completing the work swiftly and leaving a neat array and tidy cabling, while keeping communication open throughout. A thread running through the feedback concerns what happens once the job is done: on one occasion crews came back quickly when the system tripped household power, and on another a monitoring connectivity fault was pursued across several weeks until the service operated again. The live consumption data available through the Solar Analytics app is another detail that leaves customers feeling supported well past handover.
