It has now been 4 months of trying to contact you to be educated on why its happened. Complete run around with standard response of "we will have one of team contact you". 4 months later still waiting for that response. I appreciate your response but once again No contact made after a week. So just ticking a box response really.

Thankyou to josh for coming out and fixing my no data problem. Had it back up and operating in a short time , plus he informed me what he was doing while working on the unit to fix it. Once again thankyou josh. 5 stars.
Andrew and his team were so easy to talk to and knowledgeable made buying the system easy. Would highly recommend IDEAL SOLAR.
Would not recommend to anyone. 12kw System installed at our property was non compliant and zero rectification offered whatsoever. I have reached out to Andrew and Ideal Solar on multiple occasions, with denials and no support whatsoever. Despite confirming to Ideal Solar that multiple electricians had confirmed the issues with their installation, I am yet to receive any form of solution. After this concerning and appaling behaviour from Ideal, the electrical safety office was contacted and they visited my site. They confirmed the issues, and are undertaking compliance action. Be wary of Ideal Solar, as they are not the holders of the electrical contractor licences, and they subcontract all the installations to multiple electrical contractors in the region. They do not stand behind their work despite what the sales pitch says, and will run a mile at the first sign of trouble. There are an ubandance of Solar installers in Brisbane, so why take a risk with cowboys?
Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. I really felt like Josh had my best interest in mind in all our dealings. I had a warranty issue with my Solar Analytics connectivity and he did everything he could, over a couple of weeks, to make sure I got the service working again.
Andrew was great. Went through all the details thoroughly and explained everything we needed to know. Installation was very quick and installers very good and knowledgeable. Very happy overall and looking forward to enjoying cheaper electricity bills
