Solar Harbour growth appears to lean heavily on door-knocking sales representatives, and reviewers name several individually - Sean, Aaron and Arun Kumar Singari among them - for patient, unpressured explanations even when customers admit to initial scepticism. A community bulk-buy programme is mentioned as a point of difference from other doorstep solar offers, and one reviewer credits it with making an otherwise unfamiliar decision feel manageable. Installations of panels and batteries are described as clean and completed to a fair price, with the monitoring app for tracking power consumption called straightforward to use. A newer utility offer providing free grid power during set hours is mentioned as a genuine bonus discovered after installation rather than something oversold at the point of sale. Communication from quote through to final connection is generally described as clear, though satisfaction appears to hinge on which sales representative handled the account. As a solar installer in Brisbane, Solar Harbour holds a 4.4-star average from 232 Google reviews.

4.4 / 5 · 232 totalHi Solar Harbour. We are so happy with the service and installation. Aaron visited us on Oct 17. Batteries installed on Oct 30. Incredibly fast. We also got a great deal. The system works perfectly on continuous sunny days when we run our fully ducted air conditioner. However the game changer is the new Solar Share Offer the electric utilities are now offering. Read 3 hours of free grid power. Brilliant. It means that on cloudy/rainy days we get the batteries topped up to 100 %. Thanks Aaron. PS am telling as many people I can about Solar Harbour.
Couldn’t be happier with the service from Solar Harbour. The whole team was easy to deal with, communicated well, and made the process simple from beginning to end. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. It’s great to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work. I would definitely recommend Solar Harbour to anyone looking to install solar.
I had an excellent experience dealing with Aaron from start to finish. I had lots of questions (some of them probably a bit silly!), but he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer every question patiently, clearly, and honestly. What really stood out was his transparency. Instead of trying to upsell me, Aaron explained how solar pricing works, why costs can vary, and what would be the most cost-effective solution for my existing system. His honest advice gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. Aaron was also incredibly responsive and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with genuine honesty and technical knowledge. I highly recommend Aaron and the Enfini Team to anyone considering solar. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer’s interests first, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for all your help! More (solar🤣) power and all the best!🤩

Had an amazing experience with Solar Harbour from the get go the team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple and stess free. communication was excellent and the system is performing exactly as promised. Highly recommend Solar Harbour to anyone looking for quality solar and great customer service.
Got a 6.6kw system installed, received clear and transparent communication from Solar Harbour throughout the whole process and clean installation with all my questions heard and responded to with respect and honesty.
We chose this company based on the promise of reducing, if not eliminating, our electricity bills. Instead, we have a system that has not functioned correctly from day one. We have asked since the day it was installed in September 2025 for this to be resolved because The battery is drawing power from the grid rather than supplying it. We have experienced four separate street fuse failures, with Energex advising this is not normal and may be linked to the system. We are now paying over $300 per week in electricity ON TOP OF the battery repayment and our account has been sent to a debt collector while we have been trying to resolve this. Despite raising concerns immediately after installation, we have spent months calling and emailing with little to no response. On the rare occasions we reached someone, no action followed. We have now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading. We are documenting all correspondence, billing impacts, and third-party advice, and will continue to escalate this matter if it is not resolved promptly. We will also be sharing our experience more broadly as this remains unresolved. Do NOT recommend this company.
