Four years ago, when I purchased my system through Ross, the experience was excellent—he was helpful, supportive, and professional. However, my recent experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. For over two months, I have been dealing with ongoing issues with my Growatt inverter. Despite numerous emails and phone calls with Vince, there has been no resolution. I was repeatedly told that a supervisor would call me, but I never received any follow-up. In the end, I had to engage another solar company to fix my warranty issue. Warning: Do not use this company if you expect proper after-sales support. They operate primarily as a solar sales business, not as electricians, and you will not be looked after when problems arise.

Quoted a cheap system but when I did an ABN business name search it turns out they are in administration and closing their doors. Call consumer protection if they have taken a deposit from you
