I've thought about how to word this so it doesn't come across as fake, or disingenuous. Tony came to my house many months ago, I didnt take him up on solar then but kept his card over the other reps because he impacted me. Some 8 months later, I went to the kitchen basket and pulled his card. He remembered me and we did it all again, but with battery this time. The result is I've honestly never enjoyed a buying process more. EVERY single part of the team is beyond fantastic, a really genuine, ( funny) team. Liz and Tony (the owners) are hands on, despite having a capable team. ( hurricane Liz, wirling around the business, a million things in the air and doesn't drop one) The installation went so smoothly, and up and running today, app on and running well. The reason for the detail is simple, I rarely get this level of service, but when I do, I just want to let people know. Our rooftop solar panels were installed by Solargrid about five years ago, and have given us good service. Tony and Liz impressed us with their honesty, professionalism, expert knowledge of the industry and familiarity with the latest technologies, and we had no hesitation in having them upgrade our system and install a storage battery. We have had our battery for four months now and are very pleased with it. Over the hot summer months it is liberating to be able to switch on the air-conditioning in the evening without worrying about high electricity bills. It is our pleasure to recommend this company without reservation.

I cannot recommend Liz and the team highly enough and trust them completely. After years of dealing with massive electricity bills, we are now officially spending zero cents on power. It is an incredible feeling to be completely off the grid and knowing we will be saving thousands of dollars every year. What really set this company apart was their willingness to work with us on our specific needs. We were worried about losing our existing pool solar setup, but they went above and beyond to ensure everything integrated perfectly. The product itself is top-tier, and the installation was seamless. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about both the quality of the product and the satisfaction of the customer. Excellent experience from the team at SolarGrid , from start to finish they were polite and took the time to communicate in a way i understood which I really appreciated! They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and done a fantastic job , highly recommend!

My partner and i had Freddie come out to our house to give us a qoute on some solar, once he explained the government rebates, using the income revenue to help pay off your solar etc it just made sense. We have wanted solar For a very long time but always thought it was to expensive until we actually had someone break it down to us. Liz in the office was very efficient, helped with all the paperwork and made sure things ran smoothly and we had an install within a couple of weeks. If we could we would give Solar grid a 6 star rating for their service, we’ve been very happy with it all.
