I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves one. We were working against a very tight deadline and needed the products delivered urgently. The Village Energy team responded within hours and immediately started looking for ways to help. What stood out wasn't just the speed of their response, but the genuine care they showed throughout the process. They took ownership of the situation, thought creatively, and worked with us to find the best solution rather than simply giving us standard delivery options. They ultimately arranged the most reliable shipping method and ensured everything arrived safely one day ahead of our deadline. Many companies talk about delivering a great customer experience, but this is the first time I've truly felt what a customer-first approach looks like. Joining Amber Energy makes it important to be able to curtail energy going to the grid when the feed in tariffs turns negative, which happens alot in the middle of the day, particularly in summer. Many inverters don't have this ability built in, so the Voltello Link Pro is able to assist with this. Getting it set up is tricky, particularly if the solar installer is not "user friendly". With help from Village Energy, who make the Voltello Link Pro" and some luck getting the required passwords to get access to the inverter software, I managed to get the system functioning without the help of an electrician. Not a straightforward exercise, but worth it in the end.

It is so hard to get good service after the initial solar and battery installation. Amber left me high and dry after the initial signup exposed to paying for exports of excess solar power. They did tell me to try Village Energy. I bought a LinkPro to connect to my two inverters. For some reason I could only curtail one inverter. Hubert Wagner of Village Energy was able to fix the issue after contacting Fronius and now I can curtail my inverters to prevent paying for power that I export during periods of negative FIT. He was very helpful and patiently explaining how the LinPro functions.

The level of support provided is insanely good, even though it's by email. I had issues with my inverter not communicating with LinkPro that Hubert went above and beyond to help me resolve. I can't recommend this business highly enough, as they are the gold standard when it comes to customer care!

The support engineer is quick to provide root cause and solution. Also impressed how easy it is to raise a ticket and get a response. The system also great in providing notification when the device is offline!
