Several phone calls and enquiries through their quoted email service have been unanswered. Is this another fly-by-nighter?

Terrible after installation service. Everything was smooth till the system was installed and I paid, but after that I have been unable to get any help connecting to my new Huawei inverter. It has been almost three months and I am unable to even see if the system is working. No reply to my repeated email queries.
