It is also a pleasure to deal with a family business which can also deliver excellent value for money.The Sigenstor 10kW inverter, 15kWh battery with 13.5 kW panels plus full house blackout backup allow us to have zero grid draw even on cloudy days, including EV charging. We could not be happier. The best bonus was knowing our old system would be repurposed and meeting the lovely man who is sending systems back to Nigeria.

We're currently planning a new custom build which is on track to start early next year so I rang Suzanne as we wanted a local company to help design a system for us, including battery and EV charger. I found her to be quite rude and blunt; her immediate response was "we can't help you". Her reason was we haven't built yet; and "there's a lot of unknown and prices change, and we don't know what prices will be in 12 months". I explained that we need a design to submit to council for a building permit and we have all the detailed drawings, showing elevations, including all the roof pitches and site drawings. Suzanne didn't even bother to ask me any questions as she came across totally uninterested. If she had of, I would've told her its framed home mostly built offsite with a fast build time, and we need to consider solar now to determine if any prewiring is required and to determine the location of fireproofing for the battery and inverter. I'm also well aware a quote today would be subject to increases. I've dealt with a lot of companies who are only too happy to recommend another business if they can't help but not this one, just total lack of interest and not even the slightest bit friendly, not what I'd expect from a Managing Director.
