Excellent service from Day one. Open and honest quote with no hidden costs. Steve was easy to deal with and provided a quote to suite our requirements. Installation was on time as advised. On site team were able to solve problems easily to provide the best result. No pressure sales like others. Roger kept me informed on the process. Looking forward to the after operation advice once the system is up and running to optimise the performance.
I have got my solar battery inverter installed by Solar Masters team. From the quote to installation everyone did a great job. Anthony Darren and Harrison all did excellent job. I was able to understand the syst and the app very well as Harrison was able to explain it in a simple way. Once again tnannm
Had my solar battery installed by Ahmed and his workmanship was excellent. He completed the installation very neatly and tested everything to ensure that it was all working before he left. Roger from Solar Masters team was also very helpful and assisted through each step of the installation process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just had solar panels and batteries installed by Solar Master and I’m really happy with everything. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The installation went smoothly, and everything is working great. Highly recommend Solar Master if you’re thinking about going solar!
I used Solar Masters in Brisbane to install a FoxESS battery and additional solar panels. Travis was excellent to deal with throughout the sales process—knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. There was a fairly lengthy delay before the installation could proceed due to the busy period created by the rebate program, but communication was maintained throughout, which was appreciated. Once the project was handed over to the installation team, everything went smoothly. Roger and the team communicated very well, arrived as scheduled, and were professional throughout the installation. All of the installers were great to deal with, and the quality of the work was excellent. I'm very happy with both the installation and the performance of the system. I would happily recommend Solar Masters to anyone considering solar and battery storage.
I would highly recommend this company the process from the start to the finish was exceptional communication was great. Frank Keith Matt Tim the installer was outstanding. Thanks team great work.
