Great experience from start to finish. The installation team was extremely professional.

The electrician was great during the solar health check. However, the experience was let down by the admin team. The electrician needed a blank document with a letterhead from the office so they could send me an updated report. Despite multiple reminders, the admin team literally took over a week to email them the blank document, causing unnecessary delays. I would not recommend Solargain due to their poor admin support.

This is the 2nd time I have used Solargain. Paul took me through the process of going from just rooftop solar to Solar & Battery. Great service from the Solargain Team in Melbourne. Thanks to Paul for his knlowlege and to Jarred for his great skills for the install.

Great experience getting a heat pump hot water system, solar system and electric car charger installed. Mick in the sales team was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and thorough in explaining all my options. The installation was completed with great attention to detail and the price was very reasonable

I received multiple quote from different solar providers. I found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable and honest. Even though the quote received wasn't the cheapest he explain the benefits of going with Solargain in comparison to other providers. The installation process was smooth. It did get delayed, but the team were very quick to inform me and organise a new time. The battery cover wasn't installed properly, but was rectified after speaking with the office. Definitely recommend Solargain to others looking at getting solar.

We had a 10kwh system installed in Melbourne in July 2024. Communication in the lead up was very good. Installed all panels and inverter in the single day, very professional and happy with the installation. Contacted Solargain with questions around 3 months later, they were happy to provide information. Very happy with the whole process.
