This company has taken my deposit for batteries hack in September 25 and never supplied a thing in 10 months, they are unable to be contacted by email or phone. Absolute thieves!

Paid deposit last year in November 25. Some initial contact however has now disappeared with no updates. Promised install and action since Jan.

Terrible service. They took a huge deposit months ago, promised to install before the May1 deadline, but then told me they could not install in April and promised a refund, but 6 weeks and lots of emails and unanswered calls later I am still getting the run-around and no refund. I am going to the police & ACCC if not resolved soon.

To anyone considering buying from this dodgy company for a battery or solar panels I would stop and think twice, I purchased a 51kwh battery system from them back in November 2025 with a guaranteed 3 week installation and now 5 months down the track all I get is bullshit excuses to fub me off, legal advice now is the next avenue and possible restitution for money paid to my power provider that I otherwise would not be paying if I had my battery installed. Again I warn anyone do not trust this company all are full of false promises.

Paid a deposit. They kept stringing me along. They won't respond or pay back my deposit. I booked in the job over 10 weeks ago and they keep changing the goal posts. Do not and I mean DO not engage this company to do your work. They are poor communicators.

My system has been broken since December and doesnt work AT ALL. I have spent 17k with this company. I have had to follow up with the warranty who have been helpful and let me know the parts are being shipped but currently facing problems. Lux Solar has not bothered returning my messages or bothered chasing this issue up for me. My system is also under performing or a solar panel is broken on my roof and have not messaged me back about that. Almost at the point of ripping these off myself and installing through somewhere else, also will be taking this further by seeking legal advice.

We signed up in October 2025 for solar panels and batteries, Paid a deposit of $2,500 was informed the system would be installed on the 12/12/2025,we've had no communication sent until I called on the 15/12/2025 to find out why our system hasn't been installed, there excuse was we don't have an electrician Why sign up customers if you don't have an electrician, then we were told the 3/1/2026 well guess what no solar system, then we were told 9/1/2026 ,guess what no system, we asked for a refund promised to refund our deposit several times and guess what still no refund, then received a message saying we haven't been able to get installers for the past 2 months, excuses and lies Just been to Rockingham Police station and showed them all tex messages and emails, statement done Lux solar are also trading as another company as well Lux solar take customers deposits and don't do the installation, there are so many reviews about them taking customers money and not installing the system STAY AWAY FROM LUX SOLAR
