I've just written a much longer review on solar quotes, but I had nothing but great things to say about Goliath, Tom and the installation team. And the Sigen system which has exceeded my expectations. Working with Goliath was a great experience. Tom helped me understand the system I would be getting, set expecations about how it would operate throughout the year and was never pushy. They clearly have plenty of business, and they were not the lowest cost provider, but I believe I got the best value for the money in the installation professionalism and the ongoing use of the system. The system has already helped us ride through power outages, minimised our power usage and is working well with our car charger. I couldn't be happier with the service and value that we got from Goliath.
From the time I made the first call this group have been totally amazing in every regard. Their pricing their communication their knowledge and their staff have been excellent to deal with. They completed the installation on time and did an amazing job with the installation whilst being so professional and happy to explain everything to a couple that are not tech savvy. I would recommend this company if you want a fully professional solar installation delivered at your address
Very happy with Goliath. They installed our solar almost 3 years ago, and just recently installed our Sigenergy battery. Tom from Goliath has been a pleasure to communicate with and installers have been professional, on time and completed the work to a high standard.
Once again, outstanding customer service. After previously having a great experience with Goliath with our solar panels, we recently had our Powerwall installed. The professionalism and information from Tom has been exceptional as well as his follow up service. The installers were also very professional and respectful and clearly very experienced. Can’t recommend enough.
Installed system around 9 months ago. Great experience and communication. Good service throughout and after installation. Very happy with solar and battery system. Would gladly recommend Goliath to friends and family. Confident that these guys will come and assist me if I ever have issues down the line. Thanks Daniel and team for coordinating the SAPN service upgrade as well. Edit: Emailed support about an issue with solar system not feeding into grid. The support responded back to my query within the day! Thank you for the continued good service.
Although I am not getting my solar installed by Goliath I will definitely advise friends to get a quote from them. Daniel called me at the booked date and time. He advised me at the start of the call that they could not do my installation. My roof is terracotta which brings more risk for installers as it can easily crack. He explained to me the reasons why Goliath don't install on them. He then spoke to me for 20+ minutes giving me advise for when looking for installers. He didn't recommend anybody, not trying to get work for his mate or anything like that, just general advise. So considering he wasn't going to get any business from me, the fact that he gave me 20 minutes of his time giving me valuable advise, I was left feeling very impressed. When asking my friends and colleagues for recommendations for solar, Goliath was recommended to me by so many people. Now when I get asked for recommendations for quotes, I will be recommended Goliath too. Thanks again for your time Daniel.
