We reached out to Venergy because they're a family-based company, and from the moment we spoke with Alistair, we were impressed. He assessed our situation honestly and told us we were on the border for needing a battery — at the time, it wasn't worth it, and he said so, rather than just pushing a sale. About a year later, Alistair actually followed up with us to let us know battery prices had dropped, and it was worth reconsidering. He patiently answered all our questions, and once we decided to go ahead, the paperwork was done in a day, and installation happened within a week. Nick, the installer, was on time, efficient, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy. We did have one hiccup afterwards — a switch kept tripping — but Sally and Matt were quick to respond when we called, and Nick was back out to us within two hours to sort it out. From start to finish, we couldn't be happier with the service we received. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Venergy for anyone considering solar or battery installation.
If it wasn't for Todd Gourley's informative communication we'd still be twiddling our thumbs over considering installing solar panels. I'm so glad he persisted with us when we dragged our feet. Thanks to Finn Peacock for recommending Venergy too. The installers and the electricians were super efficient and well organised and a rather nice bunch of dudes so a big shout out to them too. All in all its been far less daunting than I anticipated. I can recommend Venergy without hesitation. Thank you.
Outstanding team and outstanding result. The guys were great. From first contact with Todd, to the end of installation, everything was explained very clearly from the start. Contacted James from Venergy regarding installation of extra batteries as we now have an EV. Was then contacted by Todd. G, and from the get go the process was smooth and up and running within a couple of weeks. Todd gave me the best price by far for the purchase and install of three more modules. As an, existing customer, instead of being put on the waitlist, I was given priority and as mentioned, the install was completed within two weeks from the initial enquiry. The install was a breeze and the installers parked their van 100 metres down the road due to road works outside of our place and walked the batteries in and completed the install on a cold and drizzly day. I have no hesitation in recommending James, Todd and his crew to anyone. Any hiccups have been sorted promptly and smoothly.

Fantastic experience with Venergy solar. I had a tight deadline and they managed to move things around to fit me in- even receiving a call from James the GM to help get everything aligned. The installers were great guys. We had a discrepancy with what was delivered to be installed with what was expected and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
