The whole experience was positive from the first enquiry. The installers were punctual, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. They followed up after the installation to make sure the new solar panels was performing as it should. Good old-fashioned service and workmanship all round.
One of the better companies I've dealt with in a long time. Everything was explained clearly, from the panels through to the inverter and monitoring. The installation was completed on schedule and the site was left clean and tidy. Would happily use them again and recommend to family and friends.
Really happy with the service from AUS Solar Energy Group. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and finished within the agreed timeframe. Our electricity bills have already started to come down since the solar and battery system went in. A professional job from a reliable local company.
Excellent service and a very smooth process overall. The quote was clear and fair, and there was no unnecessary sales pressure at any point.
