Very happy with these guys, efficient and always checking in along the way. Had several other quotes, I found Tiger Solar fair in pricing and employ their own installers, who are very professional. We had our battery system installed by Tiger in May. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Tiger’s staff were professional and helpful from my very first contact with them. I found Nathan in the sales team to be very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and expectations and my quote was provided promptly and clearly. Once I had accepted the quote the admin staff responded to my timing requirements which made the whole process easy from my perspective. Jarrad was excellent onsite and very professional, and provided regularly updates on progress plus a full handover once the system was installed. Thanks to all involved!! Lem from Tiger Solar was fantastic, he listened to what we wanted and explained what we needed. We had solar and battery installed and the process was made very simple from start to finish. The installation team were also great. On time, polite, clean knowledgeable and helpful. SA based staff who respond to questions quickly and are here to help if I ever need it. I can honestly, highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended. Communication by email and phone was prompt and courteous. Installation date was confirmed quickly despite a very busy schedule. Batteries were installed cleanly and compliant to Australian standards. After sales service is excellent, fast replies to questions. Tiger Solar recently did my parents solar (panels and battery) and they even upgraded them from 10kw to 13kw which was really appreciated. The whole process was thorough I was well informed of costs, availability and support. If I needed solar done again I would definitely recommend Tiger Solar and we're very happy with the solar system and savings :)
