I used Solar Masters in Brisbane to install a FoxESS battery and additional solar panels. Travis was excellent to deal with throughout the sales process—knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. There was a fairly lengthy delay before the installation could proceed due to the busy period created by the rebate program, but communication was maintained throughout, which was appreciated. Once the project was handed over to the installation team, everything went smoothly. Roger and the team communicated very well, arrived as scheduled, and were professional throughout the installation. All of the installers were great to deal with, and the quality of the work was excellent. I'm very happy with both the installation and the performance of the system. I would happily recommend Solar Masters to anyone considering solar and battery storage.
