Solar WA

Solar WA draws consistent praise from customers across Perth for the way it handles solar and hot water work from first contact through to completion. Reviewers frequently point to how clearly the team explains system options, with Rhett named in several accounts as a particularly helpful and informative point of contact who took time to make solar power understandable for those new to it. Installations are described as neat, tidy and safe, and one customer noted the crew was considerate while working around a newborn. Several people describe the pricing as competitive and honest, and the turnaround as quick, including a replacement of a blown inverter with an upgraded unit.

Communication before and after the job comes up often, as does the professionalism of the sales and installation staff. Customers also value the willingness to work through financing difficulties when other options fell through, with one household recalling how Rhett explored alternative payment arrangements after a difficult experience elsewhere. The range of work covered includes solar energy systems, solar hot water and general servicing, and the friendliness of the team is a recurring theme. Quality products and a tidy finish on the day are points that come up frequently.
