Once decided Harrison the installer came to my house and was very helpful, explaining how it all worked, what he was going to do and took me through the process. While I was dubious about so many companies popping up everywhere with deals that seemed too good to be true, I was very happy with Solar Masters.
28kw battery with 10kw inverter. Installed today. From paying a deposit till installation not even a week passed. Installation guy was great. A lot of information was given. Job looks tidy. And Mark was absolutely great. We had so many queries and he kept it cool and professional. What at the end made us choose solar master over similar priced quotes. Overall a very good experience so far. The hard part is to find a way trough the jungle of battery providers out there.
I obtained a quote from Travis and he was helpful through every step of the process. Travis was very knowledgeable and provides all the information for me to make an educated decision. The quote was competitively priced for the system suggested and easy to understand. Travis followed up with me and responded to me in a timely manner at each stage. Awaiting installation now but I am very happy with service and price so far
0 stars - The worst company to deal with, they absolutely failed to provide any sort of customer service or satisfactory work standard. When the battery wasn’t commissioned correctly Harry our installation manager turned off out system which left half of our house without power as there was no switches installed to turn the backup circuits to the grid, meaning my wife couldn’t get the car out of the garage because the door didn’t have power. His reply to this was “switch the power over”! Our electrician had to come and rewire the circuits to work again, as there was no switch installed. That and about 15 other complaints, and when we have reached out to the company to rectify anything they won’t return our calls or email. Price also increased before installation could go ahead, basically held to ransom to still get government rebate in time. DO NOT USE them, they are the worst.
Very happy with Solar Masters. JoJo was great to deal with, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. The installation was neat, and the system is performing exactly as expected. Thanks JoJo and the team.
Mark and michael was great to deal with but price cost ended up being doable what website say 8k 42kw turned into 16l 32kw so not happy about that part of it and for that reason cant tell or let friends family use them. Install by harrison was perfection def no drama there works well . And im in a area where cant get 4 hour free power plans or amber/glow bird account to sell solar power back so that would of been a good heads up . But other then price was good company to deal with . Fox ess was my setup with 10amp inverter
