Matt and the team from SST were super helpful in assessing a fault with our system, then arranging a full warranty replacement and installation from the manufacturer for us. In two words, competent and committed. The installation was very smooth and professional but the main reason that I’m writing this review is what happened last week. Out of no where, they sent me a new inverter. It turn out that my inverter was not working efficiently without me knowing. They went beyond their normal responsibilities and were checking the health of the inverter and replaced it. I was over the moon!!!

Very happy with the prompt service and cost to put an EATON hot water cylinder timer on our solar system. The tradesman who came, explained what he was doing, thoroughly tested his own work and cleaned up the workspace. I'm very happy to highly recommend this company.
