The suppliers/installers could not help...or didn't want to. The Solar Service Guys came to the rescue although, on both occasions, we had to wait up to a month. Despite this delay, which could be due to our semi-rural location on Sydney's fringe, I thoroughly recommend them.
Used them twice now. First time they managed to fix the system after a bodged installation. Now I get them to come in every now and then to do a check over of the system and give the panels a good clean. No upselling, great transparency and reasonably priced
The team were on time and quick an efficient. They took lots of photos for the report and also advised me about safety until we can repair. It took a while for the actual report to arrive but it was comprehensive and helpful.
Can't fault the service, turned up on time, gave me a report and talked me through their findings. For context, I had a 12 year old inverter, and just wanted to see what to do next..they inspected, told me where there were inefficiencies and what they could and couldn't do..no selling or conflict of interest. Just a report. Would use in future as they seem trustworthy.
The service that this lot provide is useless. If i could provide 0 Stars i would. They are provided clear evidence by way of photographs and a report which indicates their work is defective. Due to their defective work, my roof has now been damage twice. They couldnt even be bothered to attend my address and re-inspect. I am incredibly disappointed with this Origin sponsored team.
We have two batteries installed and connected to our rooftop panels. After some time there was a problem with how the batteries were functioning and the company who installed them were no help at all. I contacted the Solar Service Guys and although they could not visit immediately they scheduled a visit for a couple of weeks time. Following that visit everything worked again, and a very thorough report was provided.
Great stuff. The workers kept pushing through to find solutions and completed the task. They didn't do a half job, but completed it. I appreciated their professionalism and work ethic.
