I saw Lindon cleaning my neighbours panels and I aked if he could do mine. He was happy to do mine and did so in a very professional manner and supplied me with a detailed report with before and after pictures, all at a very good price. He was friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend Crystal Clear Solar.

Crystal Clear Solar is brilliant. Where many others don't even bother to respond because our 22 panel setup is considered too small, they got back to me almost instantly, and continued that perfect communication throughout. They're busy, but were able to book us in within a few weeks. On-site, technician Matt was professional and knowledgeable. They also check some extra things, such as the clamps. He did a fabulous job, as proven by how great things look now on the roof, the photos and report on the entire process, and the before/after difference of our solar output (close to double, we had left it a fair while; see photos). I'm picky, and Crystal Clear Solar fully deserve all the high praise. Rock on! Well worth getting these people out once a year.
I had my solar panels cleaned with Crystal Clear Solar and they were completely professional in every way. Easy to deal with, responsive and went out of their way to fit me in (thanks Michelle). When Matt arrived (on time) he was very professional and explained the process to me before he commenced the works. Forty five minutes later, my solar panels were producing four times the power they were producing before the clean! Excellent service, competitive pricing and a company that goes out of it's way to do a great job! I'll definitely be using them again next time I need to get my panels cleaned! Thanks everyone. Crystal Clear Solar performed a Thermal Imaging system performance test on our solar panels recently, thankfully only 1 panel proved to have a 'hot spot'..Ivan the technician who performed the test was very informative in explaining the fault in the panel & what is required to fix the problem Ivan also pointed out the bird proofing we had installed 5 years ago was substandard & we should consider replacing it with better quality mesh...
