Thrilled with the whole process from Energy Solution Centre. Our needs changed so we went through full advice and quotation twice, on both occasions there was zero pressure, full transparency and no question to silly. Freddie Cashmore was an absolute legend throughout, staying in just the right amount of contact to make sure everything was sorted. Ana and Chloe in the booking team went above and beyond and were so lovely and helpful, we really appreciated their help! Then at install we were again pleasantly surprised to find John and his team complete the task to the highest standard. They were organised, efficient and lovely - even taking time to explain to my inquisitive kids what they were doing. They took care of tiny details like cleaning down the roof after removing our old panels & made sure every question was answered before they left. Really happy with the product and process and feeling a huge sense of relief to have our own power back up. Highly recommend, everyone was amazing throughout. Thanks legends!

We are very happy with our new solar & battery system and with the service offered by ESC from sales through to installation In particular I would like to express our appreciation to Caio Quintana, the lead installer on the day, for ensuring the installation ran smoothly, the placement of the solar panels on our various roof sites was maximized, and our fuse box was brought up to date. He also went out of his way to explain the setup of the system and future options available to us (eg EV charging). ESC and its installers were a great choice for us.

I discussed our needs Ryan in the Chirn Park office. We have an existing 6.6kW solar system to which I was considering adding a large battery. After dicussing the current energy market and reviewing several options, we came to the conclusion that, for our situation, a battery would be of marginal benefit and probably not deliver the outcomes we were looking for. I found Ryan to be knowledgeable, candid and honest, even though it meant advising against a potential sale. If our situation was different I would definitely go with Energy Solution Centre. Highly recommend.
