A friend recommended Puneet to us, and after receiving several quotes from different companies, it was clear that he stood out for multiple reasons. First of all, Puneet was very clear and transparent in his communication. When I asked him about a detail in his proposal that no one else had mentioned, his response really impressed me. He said he was “trying to give the best outcome for us by putting himself in the customer’s shoes.” That mindset immediately built trust. What also stood out was the level of thought he put into the environmental and energy-efficiency aspects of the system design. In his proposal he didn’t just focus on installing panels and a battery, but also explained how the setup would help maximise energy efficiency, reduce grid dependence, and make better use of renewable energy. It was great to see someone thinking about the bigger picture — both in terms of saving energy and reducing environmental impact. He never tried to cut corners and was always straightforward. He spent the time to explain everything in detail so we fully understood the system and the options available. Puneet also came to our home to inspect the site personally and made sure everything would work exactly as outlined in the quote. Throughout the process he was patient with all our questions, and at no point did it feel like a sales pitch or pressure situation. The installation was scheduled exactly as promised. His crew arrived on time, did a fantastic job with the installation, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. True to the company’s name, Supreme Solar, the quality of work and service was truly supreme. Puneet even stopped by during the installation to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were well taken care of. Hats off to Puneet and his team. I followed his advice and I am glad i did, the system we ended up with was more suited to our needs and he was always available to discuss any issues that came up.

Supreme Solar Power installed our solar system a few years ago and we were very happy with both the process and outcome, which is why we chose them again for our recent battery installation. On Puneet’s recommendation, we opted for the GoodWe system and overall we’re pleased with how it’s performing. The installation was completed within half a day, which was efficient. However, there were a few areas that could have been handled better. The installers were quite rowdy and left the work area messier than expected. They initially forgot the safety poles and had to return later to install them, and they also left without grinding down eight protruding bolts after forgetting their grinder, which meant we had to organise this ourselves. We also would have appreciated clearer communication about the large hole left in the wall from our previous inverter. We understand this wasn’t their responsibility, but a heads-up beforehand would have helped us prepare. This may be one of the differences between an in-person quote (as we had previously with Puneet) versus a quote conducted over the phone and email. I had also emailed Puneet a couple of enquiries and to-date, two of them have not been responded to which is quite disappointing. Beyond the installation, our main frustration has been around the GoodWe app and setting up the system and how to manage it. The app has many features and settings which is overwhelming. Some basic training on app and system usage would have been greatly appreciated. We're also awaiting the Goodwe user manual and warranty information which we understand will arrive next week. Overall, we’re happy with the final result and the performance of the system, but clearer communication and some post-installation guidance would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Puneet and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Puneet particularly impressed me with how he was willing to work with me given the complexity of our installation, and we got a very good outcome. His knowledge and ideas were greatly appreciated and critical to us getting the best outcome possible. His install team did a good job, with a focus on asthetics.
