We had Steve and his team out nearly a year ago to install our solar system and initially we were very happy. However we are still waiting for the cover promised to us for the inverter. We have also tried contacting Steve again numerous times both via phone calls & texts to come & clean & do a health check after cyclone Alfred but our texts & calls are giving us promises of coming out but nothing comes of it. We have been promised the cover from day one & have given up & will go to another company that will deliver on promises and want to actually come & do the clean & health check for us. Not very good follow up customer service I’m afraid.

Gave these guys a call for an issue with my inverter and they talked me through it over the phone. Great to see there’s still good businesses out there willing to help people. Will definitely be calling GC Solar Systems for any future issues. Honest and reliable.

Can't rate Steve and the team highly enough. We were replacing a system and battery, getting bad advice elsewhere and not confident we were getting value for the money.
