It employs 5 in-house electricians operating across 3 dedicated installation crews. To date, it has installed an estimated 43 MW of solar capacity across 7,200+ residential and commercial systems, completed over 1,500 dedicated battery storage installations, and installed 200+ EV charging stations.

It has served over 7,500 total customers, including over 3000 homes and small businesses around the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. Its primary service area is the Gold Coast, with over 100 dedicated regional installations, and it services Brisbane and broader South East Queensland within a 150km radius of its Arundel headquarters. It maintains a fully stocked local warehouse in Arundel. Solar installations are normally completed in less than four weeks from quote acceptance. Services include residential solar, commercial systems, and advanced battery integration, as well as the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning installations from the Tweed to Brisbane, including the Gold Coast.

Clear advice and dependable workmanship emerge as the themes that customers of Essential Energy Solutions mention most frequently. Operating across the Gold Coast, the company installs solar panels, battery systems and ducted air conditioning, and reviewers describe a process that was organised from the initial enquiry through to handover. Named staff feature in several accounts: Conner is credited with honest, detailed guidance and swift replies to questions, while Hamilton and his crew, at times alongside Abdul, are noted for patience, punctuality and tidy electrical work.

A detail many reviews return to is the cleanliness of the site, with no mess left behind, and the time taken to explain the system so householders feel confident using it. Reviewers refer to well-designed, fault-free systems maintained through regular servicing over several years, quality products at fair pricing, and an installation crew that was friendly and courteous from arrival. Specific equipment appears too, including a Sungrow battery paired with a hybrid inverter, and one account describes monitoring household consumption and solar generation through an app once the panels were running. The recurring note is of expertise delivered without fuss, right through to combined solar, battery and air conditioning work.
