DSW were excellent to deal with. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Once I decided to proceed the installation was very prompt. They were professional and left my property very clean and took all the rubbish away. I would highly recommend this company 😊

Great company to deal with all through the process of installing a solar battery. Excellent customer service, all calls and queries were answered promptly and politely. Good pricing, really approachable company. Workers turned up on time, were efficient and tidy. SAve yourself some headaches, use DSW!

Very happy with the service we recieved from Direct Solar. We recently had a new solar system installed. 27 panels, total capacity: 12.4kW and a 22.1 kWh battery. Every step of the process from quoting to installation was smooth and easy. System is working really well. Definitely recommend Direct Solar Wholesaler Adelaide.

Fantastic solar system installation and service! Professional and detailed explanations when providing the quote information, very helpful for me to choose and decide my appropriate solar system. Throughout the installation, the installation team is very helpful and professional, they did a great installation job and provided timely support to deal with the issues. And good supportive customer service, to show me how to use the charger, how to monitor my system if it is running properly or not, help with organizing the grid connection and answering any questions that I have.

I recently had my SolaX system（SolaX X3 ULTRA 15kW + TSYS-HS51 51.2kWh） installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. There own installation team was absolutely outstanding. They arrived right on time at 7:00am and worked solidly through to 5:00pm without any downtime. It was clear from the moment they started that they were highly skilled and took real pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care and precision — you can genuinely see the craftsmanship in the final result. What impressed me most was their professionalism and work ethic. They stayed focused, organized, and efficient throughout the entire day, while still being approachable and happy to answer questions. It’s rare to see this level of dedication and attention to detail. After the installation, the support didn’t just stop there. The follow-up process was excellent — someone reached out to ensure everything was working properly and that I was comfortable with the system. That level of aftercare really makes a difference and gave me complete peace of mind. Overall, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and extremely well managed from start to finish. I felt confident and well taken care of the whole way through. I would highly recommend this installer to anyone looking for a high-quality solar and battery installation. Truly a top-tier team delivering top-tier results. A great company deserves to be praised and recognized far and wide.

I had a great experience with DSW Energy. The sales and quoting process was smooth and very straightforward. On the day of installation, the team arrived right on time and was extremely polite and professional. They kept the site tidy and did a very clean job. Their customer service was also excellent—they handled the grid connection for me and clearly explained how to use the system and the charger. If you're looking for a reliable and professional solar team, I highly recommend them

We had solar / battery installed by DSW in April 2026. From the original contact to provide a quote, through to installation our initial point of contact Jordan was a trusted contact for any of our queries. We had many questions in the early days to ensure the solution was right for us, no question was too silly to answer. When product companies needed to be chosen and then changed, we felt we could trust Jordan’s judgement in the choices made. When additional carpentry work was needed for raked ceilings, he found a solution and checked the work. We are happy with the installation and the way the system was installed.
