They were professional and left my property very clean and took all the rubbish away. I would highly recommend this company 😊

Very happy with the service we recieved from Direct Solar. We recently had a new solar system installed. 27 panels, total capacity: 12.4kW and a 22.1 kWh battery. Fantastic solar system installation and service! Professional and detailed explanations when providing the quote information, very helpful for me to choose and decide my appropriate solar system. Throughout the installation, the installation team is very helpful and professional, they did a great installation job and provided timely support to deal with the issues. And good supportive customer service, to show me how to use the charger, how to monitor my system if it is running properly or not, help with organizing the grid connection and answering any questions that I have.
I recently had my SolaX system（SolaX X3 ULTRA 15kW + TSYS-HS51 51.2kWh） installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. There own installation team was absolutely outstanding. They arrived right on time at 7:00am and worked solidly through to 5:00pm without any downtime. I had a great experience with DSW Energy. The sales and quoting process was smooth and very straightforward. On the day of installation, the team arrived right on time and was extremely polite and professional. They kept the site tidy and did a very clean job. We had solar / battery installed by DSW in April 2026. From the original contact to provide a quote, through to installation our initial point of contact Jordan was a trusted contact for any of our queries. We had many questions in the early days to ensure the solution was right for us, no question was too silly to answer. When product companies needed to be chosen and then changed, we felt we could trust Jordan’s judgement in the choices made. When additional carpentry work was needed for raked ceilings, he found a solution and checked the work. We are happy with the installation and the way the system was installed.
