**DO YOUR RESEARCH** I wanted to share my experience with this company because I would want to know this information before making any decisions. A salesperson came to our door offering solar, we then made a follow up appointment to talk more indepth. At first, everything seemed fine, at the end the salesperson asked if we wanted to put an application in to start the process, LUCKILY we asked if it would go on our credit score (which it does and we were not told until we queried it), so we asked if we could have about a week to think about it, take in the information, and speak with friends and family who already have solar before making such a big financial decision, his attitude completely changed. This is not a small purchase. It involves making a commitment that affects our finances and credit, and we were not prepared to make that decision on the spot. We simply asked for time to properly understand the process, yet he seemed genuinely shocked and frustrated by that. He even said he was "gobsmacked" and shut his computer down. When we asked for a card or contact details, we were told there was nothing to give us and that they would be back in 3 months, which felt very dismissive considering we were simply asking for time to make an informed decision. If the approach had been different, we may have considered going ahead. However, feeling pressured after simply asking for time completely changed our view. I also looked through the reviews afterwards and found them very confusing. Most of them mentioned having issues or faults, yet still left 5-star reviews, which made me start to question how credible they actually are. We will not be proceeding with this company. I’m sharing this so others can make sure they do their research, read the reviews carefully, and don’t feel pressured into making a major financial decision on the spot. They came to us when we weren't looking at solar, but got upset when we simply wanted time to think about it.... I think we dodged a bullet

From sitting with Jimmy from Sales at Clean Power to work out our battery needs through to Taylor and Justin, from Lux Grid who installed the battery, it was a pleasant, hassle free experience. We would highly recommend Clean Power for quick turn-around and professionalism

Dan Inns and the crew at Clean Power were great to deal with. Dan was responsive (to calls, texts and emails), even popped out to site at very short notice to ensure a battery would fit and view my existing system. He discussed the pros and cons of different system options. After tweaking my choices, i ended up with a system that i am very happy with and one that has future proofed my home. Whilst early days-very happy with my battery and my experience with Clean Power.

The whole process was easy and efficient and performed on schedule. The installation team under Matt were friendly, efficient and very particular and careful with the installation. A very big job uninstalling the existing system and installing the new, and despite some inclement weather, everything was up and working in a day and a half.

I would split my review into sales and installation. I would give a 2 stars for sales. Signed up in Oct 25, told i would have the install by Christmas. Multiple broken promises then finally installed on 18/6/26. Installation - 10 stars out of 5. Jordon, Greg, Jayden and Jake were brilliant. Very professional, quality of work outstanding, tidy and great communication. Went above and beyond even dealing with promises made by the sales team that shouldn't have been made. Whole system up and running with no fuss or hiccups. Walked me through it and answered all questions before leaving. I would recommend Clean Power but be cautious at the outset with the sales pitch, promises and time frames. But then again, that seems to come with the territory with solar... Sigen Battery, Controller and Gateway. AIKO panels. Great kit.

Tobias and Kurt did a good job installing our battery: helpful, courteous and efficient, they explained what they were doing, set everything up for us and cleaned up afterwards. Great work.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Renae and Kurt for their excellent customer service and professionalism. Renae went out of her way to provide extra information and prompt follow up and kept us up-to-date on progress throughout the install. Kurt and his crew completed the install seamlessly and followed up to show us how to troubleshoot and integrate the system. We had used Clean Power previously for our 8.4kW solar installation and had no hesitation to reuse them when adding our battery installation to suit with professional friendly advice throughout the process. Happy to recommend Clean Power to anyone interested in solar, battery or EV installations.
