Hott Solar & Battery Solutions Wollongong

All the team were great at Hott Electrics with the recent installation of my solar panels and battery. They were all informative, professional and personable. I would recommend them to anyone interested in Solar or Air Conditioning

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very friendly. The solar installation was completed with a lot of attention to detail and they make the process very smooth. I would highly recommend them.

Stress-free, wonderful service. Everything was explained from the beginning with absolutely no upselling or pressure. Installation was completed ahead of schedule. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuine.

We are very happy with our new solar panels and inverter installed by Hott electrics. The team of employees were always very polite and respectful. Work was done exactly as planned and in due time. Thank you

All the guys were really friendly and helpful in sorting out issues and turning up on time. A few complications with number of panels originally quoted different to plan and set up on the day, inverter quoted for not available, a couple of holes left in roof after removal of old panels and inverter too heavy for my old weather boards. All were discussed for best options and finally sorted out ok.

Many thanks to James and his team for their amazing efforts, despite the windy conditions Solar panels were installed within 24 hours. Also the battery and EV charger look great. We’re now well on the way to energy independence! Would highly recommend this professional and efficient team - and they are local too !

The team at Hott Electrics are hands down without a doubt one of the best elecrical companies that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish (including the whole quoting process) the tradesmen were professional, patient, understanding, extremely helpful and really truly went above and beyond. I got a quote for solar panels and a battery system. Matthew came out, asked all the right queations, really thoroughly looked into my electricity usage and he just took the time to truly understand what it was that my family needed. He took me through the whole design process from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail and even offered to come back and help clear up/remove the items that were in the way of where the battery needed to be installed. Shoutout to Scott for doing his absolute best and squeezing us in to their busy schedule to get the job done asap. On install day (today) Dylan and his team were very polite, respectful and did the job to the utmost highest standards, even cleaning up after themselves as they went. The boys were very honest, having accidentally cracked a tile, they told us straight away and rectified the problem instantly, which is in my opinion very rare for people to be so upfront and honest this day in age. I really really appreciated that. We had heaps of spare tiles so it was no drama at all but you don't get that kind of honesty and integrity out of people very often. After completion of the install, they talked us through everything and made sure we were happy with the works before leaving the job site. Scott then followed up later on to confirm that we were happy. 10/10 hands down recommend Hott Electrics for their professionalism, honesty, integrity, and all-round friendly helpful attitude. Also a quick thank you to both Kristin and Melissa for assisting me with the invoices, they were also extremely helpful, kind and professional. Thanks again to all the team at Hott Electrics. I am so happy and impressed with my solar and battery install that I have gone ahead and scheduled a ducted air conditioning install
