Rhys and Josh (from Josh Smede Electrical and Solar) came and did a solar panel and battery install. The whole process took a couple of days and the boys did a great job. They turned up on time both days, were very polite, and worked quietly all day. The install went smoothly and the boys left everything clean as. They even took the time to explain how it all worked to me. I recommend them highly.

I can’t speak highly enough of Rhys and Iconic Solar & Batteries. They recently installed a 40 kWh 3‑phase Sigenergy Sigenstor system at my home and the entire experience was brilliant. Their pricing was very competitive, the installation was efficient and tidy, and the attention to detail was next-level—Rhys even went out of his way to refresh and reorganise my meter box wiring and layout so everything is safer, cleaner, and easier to manage. He was transparent and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through the monitoring app so I know exactly how to get the most from the system. And to top it all off our suburb had a 2 hour blackout the following week and the system performed flawlessly - everything in the house just kept working; we didn't even notice until we looked at the rest of our street.

Rhys put the solar panels on our roof. He was the initial contact to discuss my needs. I wanted all of the panels on the northern roof and he went up on the roof to measure to make sure that was possible. Other consultants couldn't guarantee that their installer could do that. Rhys and his assistant did exactly what he said was possible. Everything went smoothly and now I make maximum power every day. So now I have employed Rhys to install a battery. No question went unanswered about the entire system and how it all works. Couldn't be happier.
