The window cleaners were 3 hours late which was frustrating as I had organised to work from home for half a day - there was no communication on time change - I had to call to find out when they would arrive 1 was Lachlan - I can't remember the other mans name Both friendly men and started cleaning straight away - the man cleaning the exterior of the windows was unaware that he had to remove the paint from the windows (exterior of house had just been painted) It was explained that it would take an additional 1 hour for them both to remove the paint at an additional cost of $150, which I was fine with They only spent 10 - 15 mins removing paint - at no point did I ask them to stop removing paint or to finish the work When they had finished one of the men said he had finished and for me to check the work There was still paint on every window - he said "I wish you had told me that earlier" - at no point before had he asked me to check To remove the paint on the windows he said it would be an additional $150 I told them I wasn't paying for the paint removal as they spent 15 mins on it, not an hour and there was still paint on every window that was clearly visible The invoice was send through with the paint removal included - I reiterated that I would not being paying it and threatened to send it to debt collection for the $150 paint removal, which he has done Also note that the two sliding mirrors in one of the bedrooms that they were shown were not cleaned, which I didn't pick up until they had left If you decide to use this company, be sure to lock down the cost 100% - if you want paint removal send photos prior and confirm they will remove all of the paint Was a disappointing experience and a clear tactic to get more money and / or finish the day early as it was their last job - I expect Paul to reply to this with some excuse and that he tried to call me, thinks it is reasonable and has directed me to the terms of non payment The paint is still on the windows if they want to come and rectify ************** As expected - Paul posted a false reply to my review - I have 8 CCTV cameras at my property and can tell you that they spent <15 minutes scraping paint Shame, I always try to support local businesses and this would have to be one of the worst I have experienced... This is the sort of communication this business sends to its customers who just want a good job and experience: “Haha. That’s made my weekend, thanks George. The lads will love that one Ok, look, just go away now. It will be referred to debt collection for the amount you have effectively stolen, additional fees added as per our T&Cs. The service provided by Brisbane Windows and Solar Panel cleaning was exceptional. Initially they sent me a yearly reminder of the Solar Panel Cleaning and once the date was decided they gave me a ring stating they were 30 minutes alway from the house to perform the job. So that I was prepared of their arrival. The cleaning of the Solar Panel was performed by two guys very professionally and they had taken some pictures of the cleaned solar. Which was done very well. I was overall impressed with the quality of the work they provided. Thank you and keep the good work.
These guys are efficient and competitive pricewise. They also send a 12 monthly reminder that cleaning of my solar panels is due. Strongly recommended.

This was the first time using this company. Very friendly and was happy with the gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning. What I wasn't happy with was the leaves left all over the back yard. One of the guys was raking them up at one stage but did not complete the cleanup. Nor in the front yard as well. I had to mow the whole yard to tidy it up again as it had just been mowed. The price was competitive though. So that side of it was disappointing.
