Aussie Hybrid Solar

My family is very happy with the AHS’s ongoing support. We had our installation in 2012, had problems twice and AHS resolved them smoothly. Just had the battery installed and solar panel upgraded. We will pay electricity no more, again!

This company has no service after Solar Done. they writing emails to you and asking you to check the problem yourself, They reply your email in 1 month time, and they dont have a phone number to ring, and refuse to communicate by phone, they ask you to pay money to send someone to check the problem. Very poor services, Please do not use this company solar services.

Extremely poor after sale service. We moved into a house where they had installed solar panels which remain within warranty. Have been chasing them for 3 months to arrange an electrician visit to check as to why one of the inverters is not working. Have not been able to arrange. Have agreed to pay a 300 dollar call out fee once they confirm a date( which ideally should only be paid post visit).. but still can't get them to give me a firm date.

Their engineers designed a customised solar + battery system based on our home, and everything was explained clearly. The pricing is also very reasonable — in this market, very low prices often come with risks, while higher prices don’t always mean better results. We chose a solar panel + battery storage system with AHS Solar after comparing several providers, and it turned out to be a very smart decision. The whole process was very professional — from on-site measurement and system design, to installation and final setup. The installation team was experienced, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. After everything was completed, AHS even followed up with us, which you don’t often see in this industry. The system is working great, and our boss was genuinely impressed and said we made a wise choice. Overall, a very reassuring experience and highly recommended.

Updated: the electrician came and changed the switch and very patient answering my question. However the defensive customer service and not welling to provide hypothesis when issue happens, really frustrate customers. Installed the minimal wire and damaged the wall. When asking to inspect an issue, as the solar shut itself down when full sun at lunchtime, rather than cooperate to help fix but trying to blame the battery installer. My ask is to make the solar work as it designed to. Not stop working when solar is at the maximum. The way you approach customers, even with other reviewers is arguing back on the spot using partial information. AI generated could be wrong but factual. 1.5mm wire for solar inverter?! I emailed and called many times. Each email is 1 day delay in response. You could just return a call and explain everything. Simple response would be “we understand your concern, we have ABCD approach. $330 should be upfront for inspection cost and will could refund if our fault. If identified was other issue, we could provide guidance and help to resolve your issue.”
