He took the time to understand both our current and future energy needs before recommending a system that perfectly suits our lifestyle. There was no hard sell or unrealistic promises—his projections were conservative, transparent, and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. The pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes we received, offering excellent value without compromising on quality. The installation team was fantastic—polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, and left everything neat and tidy. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job properly. They returned the following day to complete the handover and proactively replaced one of the panels after discovering a small crack, even though it wasn't something we had noticed ourselves. They also handled all of the paperwork and liaised directly with our energy retailer, making the entire process completely hassle-free. Overall, this was a very professional installation at a competitive price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

Platinum was professional, fairly priced and produced a quality report with before and after pictures. I was particularly impressed with the manner and respect with which the 2 service men spoke and dealt with me. It shows that Platinum cares above the before and after, sadly unlike many other trades today. I will be booking them regularly from now on.

In a highly competitive field of solar energy, we were fortunate to learn about Platinum Solar Group (PSG) through the parent Enphase company in the USA. As their preferred partner for solar battery installation proximate to our residence in Sydney, Enphase strongly recommended we engage their services and we were not disappointed. From the initial contact, site inspection and detailed explanation of the process, keeping in mind our short and long term needs, we remained confident that we were in good hands. We were advised to install two Enphase IQ Batteries 5P with FlexPhase (5kW) that was considered adequate to service our requirements. In addition, we took the opportunity to get our solar panels cleaned and checked. The technicians, Moon and Chris worked with quiet efficiency and completed a neat, clean and effective job, even extending the battery operation from a single phase connection to all three phases - thereby ensuring we enjoyed more optimal utilisation of the battery. At the wall mounted battery positions, the MSB and the Enphase box, all work was completed extremely well and devoid of clutter and mess. The work was later overseen by another technician and the following day, Mina (PSG Owner) came by to confirm completion of the work and ensure it met all safety standards. He took time to patiently check the system and explained in detail the management of the Enlighten app with a reassurance that PSG had a technical cell always available to resolve emerging problems or offer technical advice. The entire experience from initial contact to completion was very rewarding and reassuring. I will not hesitate to strongly recommend PSG to any potential customers seeking to explore their solar energy aspirations.

I did not end up proceeding with the solar + battery installation from this company but still had a positive impression. The team were friendly and professional, responded to my enquiries promptly and were able to answer technical questions with good expertise. Overall impression is it is a well run company would still recommend for anyone else looking to install a solar/battery system.

Deserve the 5-star rating. I spent a lot of time looking for a solar provider and these guys are excellent. One thing I had noticed was that many companies use contractors to install but Platinum do it all in house. The "GoodWe" panels and battery are highly rated. The sales team are easy to deal with and are not pushy. They installed the panels and battery in one day and were very professional. The team leader for the installation said I should contact him directly if I had an issue, and that he was local and would drop by if I needed help. To summarize, very professional and I highly recommend.

Our solar battery installation was scheduled and completed on time. The installation team did an excellent job, and the workmanship was of a very high standard. After installation, we experienced a small issue with the system. I want to acknowledge the support team, who took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and worked closely with Enphase, the battery manufacturer, to identify and resolve it. Their persistence, technical expertise, and willingness to see the issue through to a successful conclusion gave me confidence that they genuinely stand behind their work. It’s easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how they respond when something unexpected happens. In our case, they demonstrated professionalism, commitment, and excellent customer service from start to finish. Based on our experience, I would happily recommend them to anyone considering a solar battery installation.

Platinum Solar yesterday installed my solar system and battery very efficiently- the in-house installation team led by the wonderful Nathan were punctual, careful and knowledgeable! Today I had a small problem with the solar app and with one phone call to Platinum, the problem was immediately rectified! I think I chose the correct company in Platinum Solar to supply and install my system and battery!
