Ultimate Solar Energy

I had a battery installed by Ultimate Solar Energy in Tullamarine and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the installation, the technicians removed my smart meter and it went missing. When I raised the issue, I was told that it had been accidentally placed in one of the installer's bags and that it would be returned. That was three months ago. Despite multiple follow-ups and numerous conversations with Eric from Ultimate Solar Energy, the smart meter has still not been returned. I would urge anyone considering this company to ensure all equipment removed during installation is properly accounted for and documented.

I came across them through Solar Quotes. They were receptive to what I wanted without questioning my decisions. They respect what I wanted, as other installers were telling me it wasn't worth it to install solar batteries. I requested for works to be localised within my garage, and they accommodated that. They gave options and found ways to make it suit what I would like, while still complying with the standards. The electrical inspector came and had no issues with their work. Everything was done neatly, and I know they went beyond the minimum. I'm now getting them to install an EV charger, and I believe that they will do a great job.

Installers arrived on time and completed a clean, professional installation. Communication and coordination were very good throughout the process. As this was a brand new home, the team completed the rough-in first and returned later to finish the job. Very happy with the overall service.
