Keep in mind just because a company can provide a product at very reasonable rates, doesn't mean that the product or follow up service will be good. I unfortunately learnt this the hard way when dealing with Oz Solar. They are very good sales people who can easily suck in naive customers. Once they have your money they do not accept any responsibility for things such as incorrectly installed/incorrect products. I spent months trying to get a resolution on the wrong product which was installed and am still waiting to see the savings which were outlined in the proposal. I posted a negative review last year and instantly received a call from the sales person asking me to remove the review and if I did he would resolve my issue, even if it meant coming out of his commission. I took the review down and didn't receive a resolution. I would not recommend OZ solar to anyone!
Would not recommend. We had solar panels installed by Oz Solar. Roof started lesking. Called them & installers came out & inspected & said ‘not our install, case closed’. Turns out they didn’t do a thorough inspection & we spent money on roofers to fix issue ($9,500) (telling them solar been checked & apparently thats not the cause of the leak). Only to find out during another rainy day where we climbed into roof space to find water coming through a cracked/broken tile under the solar panels (that they had ‘already checked’ 3 months prior & said ‘no issues’. Stay away from this crappy company who don’t take any ownership of their wrong doings. They won’t reply to our emails - just ignoring us. Prior to this there were always excuses to why it took them so long to respond.Stay away from them. They hounded us to sign on with them, but after paying they just don’t care.
My experience with OZ Solar was faultless. They were fantastic throughout the process of installing Solar to my home, very informative and supportive. I have not hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.
I wasn’t sure what type of solar system I needed, but I received the best advice. Everything that was promised was delivered. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. The follow-up service was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with them. Competitive price, good communication and efficiency. The installation was professional and they were good with aftercare services as I had a minor leak. The outcome is amazing and now during summer I hardly pay any electricity bills. Very happy.
