Now that we see many companies rorting the system selling battery capacities that are not needed, I thank my Senior Solar Consultant Horst for taking me through it and getting me to buy the right size battery thus saving me a bunch of $$$ that I did not need to spend.
Installation was seamless, communication was great and they had it up and running quickly.
I am highly satisfied with the excellent service provided to install solar panels, then battery and follow up. Gnowee Solar is awesome and my only regret is that I didn't do it earlier.
We have just engaged Gnowee a second time to add a battery system to the solar PV system they installed 2 years ago. The same excellent all round service throughout the entire process. As usual, Horst, their sales person, did an outstanding job in providing the initial quote, helping us do the paperwork, to get both the Federal and State government grant/loan, and always just being a text message or a phone call away in dealing with any issues that then came up. The installation of the battery took place on schedule without any problems, and was done to a very high standard. Nim, Gnowee’s technical support person, then did his usual excellent job of helping us get the app set up for monitoring our solar PV/battery system’s performance and answering all our questions. Overall, Gnowee are highly professional and provide the very best in service and support. We have no hesitation in recommending them very highly.

The entire installation process was smooth and well-coordinated, and their pricing was very competitive compared to others in the market. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service, they did not just take payment and walk away. They made sure everything was delivered exactly as promised, and even provided assistance after installation, including setting up the phone app and checking in to make sure we were happy with the system. I was referred to Gnowee Solar through Solar Quotes and Shennal from Gnowee Solar was not only the first supplier to inspect my existing inefficient solar system, but he was also installer on the day. He gave me very good recommendations and advice on the solar system to meet my requirements. Being able to match with other completive prices, very professional and was able to response to my emails and text messages and answer any questions I had. He was very patient and made the whole solar rebate process stress free and a pleasure to deal with, he even helped me set up my account and settings for the battery app. The team had excellent customer services and I'm looking forward to seeing my energy bill being reduce into summer.
