The customer service was excellent, the response rate to questions and for support was exemplary, the trades team were friendly, and the products are awesome! I have 42 panels & 6 batteries - No hidden added extras from the original quote. There were issues with my internal power box as the house is pre-Tracy, and a workaround was sorted within days & I also now have a dedicated solar power board. The app gives a really clear view of the solar generated and how it feeds the house, the battery and how much feeds to the grid. But best of all, I just got my first power bill and it’s dropped from $440 to $30 and that’s not even a full month!! Fully recommend Top End Solar, they go above and beyond with service and the products speak for themselves with the arrival of the power bill!!!
Here's the top end solar boys at work,removing a bit of trash off the wall,before putting the real solar system that is working fine no problem. The sungrow system is working perfectly batteries lasting all night. Thanks Top End solar staff and workers job well done.
Top End Solar provided an outstanding experience. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Shane and his team were excellent on site—highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced in their work. The system has been installed neatly and looks great along the side of the house. We contacted Top End Solar regarding the installation of Solar Panels and battery at our property in Fannie Bay. Martin was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He met us at our house and worked through our solar requirement to run the house off grid. He showed us the best options and spent the time answering all our questions. Kasper Kane is the Director. Kasper was always available to answer our question and followed up. The whole solar install was seamless from the initial inspection and quote, electrical inspection through to installation. Great service and a brilliant job by the team at Top End Solar. They Installed 25kw battery which lasts all night for a family of 4 until getting charged up by the solar panels again when the sun rises by midday. After the initial inspection and quote, it took only 2 days to install a fairly large system which was very efficient. Solar panels on roof all neatly installed facing towards sun.
We were really happy with Top End Solar. The installers were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They explained things in a simple way without making us feel stupid. There were some challenges navigating Jacana and Power and Water but Kasper helped us through the process. Really happy with the outcome, especially the minimal bills we now receive.
