5.0 / 5 · 54 totalAfter 2 years of trying to get satisfaction, EcoTech was the first to suggest contacting NTWorkSafe to see if the system installed was compliant. It was not so I am eternally grateful to both for getting a badly installed Tesla gateway replaced. It failed in the first 12 months due to poor installation but Tesla was blamed and replaced it. I told Tesla it was not their fault but bad installation. then wanted badly installed solar panels replaced and the original installers refused to move them, when I offered to pay. I then contacted EchoTech and was told that they should be moved free of charge because they were not installed where agreed and we were not consulted. I was told to see NT Consumer Affairs and NTCAT if need be. The company still refused to consider moving the panels and I decided I did not trust their workmanship and did not want to be associated with them. So I again contacted EcoTech to move them and they did. I now intend to proceed with my complaint and produce the bill . Hopefully, concilliation and NTCAT as a last resort will be successful. Either way, I am now happy to be a customer of EcoTech; helpful, efficient, approachable, where the last company was not only sexist but ageist and ignored me and said I was hostile to deter me. I highly recommend EcoTech for all their free advice and am pleased to finally become their client. Thank you

We have just had solar panels and battery system installed by Dave and his guys at Echo Tech Electrical Darwin.We were very impressed with the way the job was carried out systematically and neatly by an organised and friendly crew. The whole job was done in a day with very little interruption to our routine. The guys cleaned the whole site and removed all rubbish after the job. We'd use them again and recommend them to everyone.
I highly recommend Eco Tech Electrical for solar panel and battery installation. Dave recommended the most suitable solar panel upgrade and battery installation in terms I could understand and was tailored tor our home and electrical usage. Jahla in the office was very helpful and polite answering my questions too. The installation teams for the solar, battery and inverter were extremely professional, efficient and very courteous. They obviously took pride in their work and made sure they left the work area clean. Dave was easy to contact and kept me updated throughout the installation. We have had solar panels and batteries recently installed by Eco Tech Electrical. From our first meeting through instalment the team provided all relevant details, instalment procedures and costing upfront. The installing team were extremely professional, polite and kept us in the loop at all times, completing a full install in just 6 hours. The admin team were extremely helpful and fully upfront regarding cost, date of install and closing documentation. Everyone was extremely helpful. Would recommend them to anyone looking to do a solar battery install. Thanks to Dave and his team. Extremely happy.
Very competitive pricing with clear technical advice helping us step by step through whole process. Great logistical support organising higher value replacement panels (originals recalled) at no extra cost during Darwin’s difficult wet season supply chain. Installation completed with minimal disruption in spite of the manufacturers and seasonal transport delays.
