A heads up to people don't use Rimfire energy! We have had nothing but trouble from the start, from damaging our roof when installing it. Which we had to have the panels taken off and parts of our roof re sheeted. In 24 months of having the solar, 4 inverters have stopped working. It has taken 6-18 weeks each time to have the issue sorted. We are currently at 18 weeks with a system that doesn't work. We were asked to re agree to a new contract that they take no responsibility for our system if it fails again. They don't answer their phones or give you honest answers when they do. Multiple times have caught them trying to lie and make excuses. This company should not be running, a complete failure.

Rimfire put my solar on in May 2023. They have always been really helpful and professional. I get a much better feed in tariff rate than people in Jacana. I recently had a problem and Jack from the solar area helped me big time. I would recommend them. They can come and talk to you so then you can find out for yourself ☺️☺️

The service was excellent, and the installation was completed quickly. We previously had 6 kW panels installed on the roof, and Rim Fire has now added another 6 kW of panels, along with a 16 kW battery. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Very good experience with installation and providing an energy retailing service for a small business solar system. We did have issues with a defective inverter but the supplier eventually replaced it though rather slowly.

Rimfire are not a Solar Company, They sold me a System that broke down twice in 2 years, it takes 3 months to resolve any Issue, and now are using Offshore Call Centers to answer the phone re. accounts . poorly selected Control Box, Sweats in the Wet Season, now leaks from the Rain, absolutely non vented ''Tupperware'' standard 'O' Ring sealed plastic Box...

First month of full use and I am in credit. Excellent company to deal with, you get answers straight away by people that actually know what they are talking about.
