Country Solar NT

I never got solar installed from Country Solar as after paying them 500$ for an assessment they stopped talking to me after promising me a quote. I ended up just using a different company and I still haven't gotten my quote or any kind of apology. They get two stars because at least the techs who showed up to the assessment were really respectful and caring of my dogs.

This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone contemplating solar panels and or battery installations. Genuine service and product recommendaction. Am extremely happy with a solar panel upgrade and then a year later battery addition. Sebastian and all the team genuinely care about what they are providing.

We recently had a battery solution installed to our previous solar system that was done by Country Solar NT. Couldn't be happier! Workmanship and ease of install was fantastic, the price was compeditive, and the system meets all our needs while working seemlessly with our now older inverter. Super happy that we now have the ability to run "off-grid" in case the power goes out!

I had a 6.7kW solar array installed in 2020. I then had a 11kWh battery and another 7.2kW of panels added in 2025. If you are getting any solar system installed, you want a company that is likely to around well into the future. Country Solar NT fits that bill. In addition, I found all the staff professional and helpful. I got the design options laid out. Country Solar NT did most of the government rebate work. An especially big shout-out to the installation team. They were a joy to have about the house doing their work. Polite. Intelligent. Well-organised. I have had great back-up, with quick adjustments done whenever I've wanted them (adjusting how much I keep in battery and how much I send to grid). I enjoy not using power from the gas-driven grid. I enjoy getting paid for my solar exports each month. I enjoy having the App, so I know what power is going where.

I have recently had 28 (12.18 kW) solar panels installed with Enphase microinverters and a control system. The quoting process was excellent. Shelley provided detailed information about the products and the installation process during her visit to my home. She has been very responsive to follow-up questions and has provided excellent service. The quote I received was competitive. Margaret and the team of installers did an outstanding job. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and despite having to deal with some intricate issues, they maintained excellent communication with me throughout. They were very polite in their interactions and performed the work in a very professional and neat manner. I am absolutely thrilled with the new installation and am considering the possibility of getting batteries installed later. I highly recommend this company and the workers.
