I had a great experience getting my new solar panels and batteries installed. Jatin at Solar Xcellence helped me with the paperwork and then kept an eye on how things were progressing. He was friendly and helpful whenever I rang him with a question.

Jaitan at Solar Xcellence was spot on with his advice on Battery storage. I replaced my 8 year old solar panels at the same time. Installation was quick and no problems. My tip is to go bigger with the battery. Good advice and service in a crowded field.

The salesperson Nick were professional and accommodating, and was transparent re: pricing and installation requirements. The installers were polite and friendly. Work quality is great (as can be seen in the photo) and they took the time to run us through the important details - how to monitor the system via mobile app, how to reset the system if something goes wrong, etc. Really happy with the work from the beginning to the end. Great service is becoming rare these days, so.. well done Solar Xcellence.
