Absolutely amazing service. From the initial phone query to the installation. Bruno explained everything to us in a language we could understand. He was patient with Mum and Dad’s questions. The guys that installed our battery were professional. Will highly recommend this team.
Super happy, the Team gave us lots of information and the benefits of our new system. Insulation was quick and efficient also tidy. Any questions we had they put us at ease straight away and were always easily contactable.
Installation crew were great, explained everything as it was done. Electrician (Brandon) was very knowledgeable and his apprentice kept everything neat and tidy. Unit looks good and panels had the battery at 100% very early in the day. Would definitely recommend Aus Energy to anyone who asks. Haven't used any power from the grid since installation. Right from first contact with Aus Energy Solar and Sales Representative, Marcelo information was given without sales pressure, which was respectful and appreciated. The Installation Team were on time, with minimal disruption to power supply to the house. The Team were courteous and left the site clear of any debris.
I recently had a solar installation done by Aus Energy Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, My repayments will be $150 per month, with 0 interest from the government which compared to my current $450 per month bills, is under half of what currently having to spend with Synergy, really no brainer !! Installing lager inverter and battery , we would grid charge the battery at 8 cents to make sure it stays fully charged all year round, instead of paying peak rates from the grid If you are thinking about installing battery I fully recommend it what have you got to lose.
