Urban Solar Life

Urban Solar Life is a solar power system provider operating across Australia. Quotation, installation and after-sales service are provided directly by the owners of the business, who are qualified tradesmen. The company has completed thousands of home installations, ranging from complete electrical power to solar installations. It is an SAA Approved Installer.

Urban Solar Life serves both residential and commercial clients. Its installation process includes free consultation, installation, and activation steps. It provides solar panel and inverter systems, including 3.9kW, 6.6kW, and 13.5kW packages. Warranties include a 10 year product warranty on solar inverters, a 25 year linear performance warranty on solar panels, and a 5 year workmanship warranty.

Battery storage, water filtration systems and air conditioning sit alongside solar panel installation in what this West Perth provider offers, and the customer accounts that recur centre on the man who walks buyers through each stage. Paul is named repeatedly as knowledgeable, patient and contactable, explaining the full journey from the initial consultation and then guiding owners through the monitoring app, even returning after the work was finished when confusion arose over how it operates. Installations are described as quick, with several reviewers noting how soon the system was up and generating following the first meeting, and the installers themselves are spoken of as courteous and respectful inside customers' homes.

One thing mentioned again and again is the transparent and credible communication, from prompt replies to phone calls through to clear explanations of government rebate eligibility on batteries and the possibility of no upfront payment with manageable repayments. Repeat purchasers and referrals to friends and family feature in the feedback, together with praise for fairly priced packages and dependable products. The jobs span new panel installs, battery additions to existing setups and energy efficiency purchases, with customers describing a seamless run from consultation to a finished, working result.
