He and his team installed my iStore 270L hot water system, and the quality of their work was excellent. What really stood out was Julian’s attention to detail and pride in his work. He noticed a small scratch on the plastic cover (a minor factory packaging defect) — something I only noticed after he pointed out, and proactively contacted the supplier to arrange a replacement.
