I Clean

I Clean Solar is a small family owned and run business that is fully insured. It uses a chemical and detergent free system harnessing the cleaning qualities of DI water for solar panel cleaning. The service includes a visual inspection of the solar system, checking for defects or poor workmanship, and provides before and after clean photos in a visual inspection report sent by email.

I Clean Solar offers services in Ipswich, Brisbane, Scenic Rim, Gold Coast and Lockyer Valley. It also cleans gutters. I Clean Solar installs a solar panel bird proofing system that uses no screws in panels or roof and is made of powder coated stainless steel. It offers a lifetime warranty on solar panel bird proofing, including a lifetime bird intrusion warranty on all solar panel bird proofing systems.

Gutter and solar panel cleaning forms the core of the work described by customers of this Ipswich business, and the care taken with the finished result comes through repeatedly. Reviewers note that debris is bagged and carried away rather than flushed into the downpipes, and that completion photos are supplied so owners of out-of-sight arrays can see the condition of their equipment. Several named staff, among them Rhys, Reece, Brenten and Nick, are singled out for being friendly, arriving when promised and keeping customers informed about estimated arrival times.

A point that comes up often is the value of an honest opinion: a loose mounting bracket and a section of ridge capping beginning to fail were flagged during routine cleans, and hail damage was documented with images to assist an insurance claim. Pigeon proofing is another service mentioned, with old, poorly fitted barriers removed, nests and debris cleared and new mesh installed neatly. Pricing is described as competitive and reasonable for the labour involved, quoting is handled simply, and improved panel output after cleaning is widely reported. Regular yearly bookings and roof inspection work round out the picture.
