Solahart (illawarra) have completed the installation of 6.6Kw on the roof combined with a Goodwe hybrid inverter. The system is upgradable to battery compliance when energy needs suggests that it's a good idea. Solahart kept me informed throughout, and the installation team were first class. Highly recommend...
Overall a great experience with Solahart Illawarra. The team were professional from the initial consultation through to installation. There were some scheduling delays along the way, likely due to demand, however once raised, the team responded quickly and worked to bring the installation forward. The install crew were efficient, communicated well onsite, and delivered a clean result. The system is now up and running as expected and I’m happy with the outcome. I’ve also had a positive experience with their hot water team previously, so it’s good to see that level of service continue.
Andrew was a fantastic representative of this organisation. He went above and beyond, friendly understood our needs and gave the time of day to explain the system capabilities and limitations. Thankyou.

A big shoutout to Solarhart’s technicians Daniel, Kye and Liam. They arrived on time and greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. They installed four more solar panels to my existing array and a hybrid inverter to make ready for the arrival of a 19.2 kw battery. They encouraged and answered any questions I had in a straight talk manner that I understood. I would happily recommend Solarhart and their technician team to anyone looking at installing or ,like me, updating their existing solar system. Well done Solarhart.
We have had the powerstore hot water for about 18months now, I was sold that I would be able to have some control over the operation of the system but this was not true. On several occasions I have asked the support desk for this and nothing. The system has frequently had issues with consuming lots of power at the most expensive time of the day. Now we have an issue where it is constantly heating and we are having to wait 10 plus minutes for the hot water to flow through and we are waiting for someone to provide a solution. Would definitely not recommend this system to anyone. It’s also expensive compared to other alternatives on the market.
